What is Neostigmine? Neostigmine is an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor that enhances the transmission of impulses across myoneural junctions. Used in diagnosis and treatment of myasthenia gravis and as therapy in Alzheimer’s Disease and dementia associated with Parkinson’s Disease.
