What is Pramipexole? Pramipexole has similar effects of dopamine, a naturally occurring chemical in the body. Low levels of dopamine are associated with Parkinson's disease (PD). It is used to treat PD symptoms, such as stiffness, tremors, muscle spasms, and poor muscle control; also to treat restless legs syndrome.
